When we called about another program CPAN offered us a bunch of other info that we looked into….We were given $7500.00 worth of insulation through the Enviro centre program with Enbridge…it seemed like it happened overnight and now we are snug and warm in our 100 year old house which unbeknownst to us had NO insulation in the walls!!! We are very thankful!!”
