RCCPAN Tools for School
TOOLS FOR SCHOOL 2024 is now CLosed
Tools for School is a CPAN program designed to help children and youth living in Renfrew County access what they need to participate in school or homeschool through their direct caregiver or with support from a helping service provider connected to them. Many school boards now offer fully funded school supplies for all students and CPAN helps with the rest!
Thanks to the support of our generous donors at Tim Horton’s McCluskey Group Stores in Cobden and Pembroke through their Smile Cookie Campaign, we have the consistent funding to provide these benefits year over year. Many other local donors contribute to this fund as well - it truly takes a village!
UPDATE!
This year our program was open for 15 days.
We have sent out benefits to over 200 families as of August 15, 2024. Due to the need for Tools
for School, we must close intake for our program at this time. If you or someone you know can
Donate to Tools for School, we are always looking for opportunities to extend our services.
This year our program was open for 15 days.
From August 1, 2024 to August 15, 2024 applicants could fill out a form to receive this benefit. Every family who applied will receive the benefits for as many children as they care for. Our clients are also entered into The Village at the same time. This is our new Give Help, Get Help network connecting people from all over the county.
You will receive a “forgot password” or “activation” email in order to activate your CPAN account.
When you wish to receive assistance in the future, you will be able to use the Get Help button on our website to navigate to a secure login where you can confidentially request what you need- even if it's not part of our program offers. Information? Referral? Specific help for a student? Yourself? It is all possible in The Village.
